Biography

Career: Hausinger finished his River Hawk career playing in 134 contests and registered 70 points (39g,40a). 

2019-20 Season: He ranked fourth on the team in scoring with 19 points (7g,12a) in 29 games for the River Hawks in his senior season. His seven goals ranked fourth on the team and his 12 assists were second best on the roster. Hausinger registered points in 14 contests, which included four multi-point efforts. UMass Lowell owned an 8-4-2 record when he scored a point. Hausinger scored five points (2g,3a) in the opening weekend series vs. Alabama Huntsville. Posted 10 of his 19 points in 19 Hockey East games. Was named a Hockey East Distinguished Scholar for being named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team in all four seasons with the River Hawks. 

2018-19 Season: Hausinger played in all 37 games for the River Hawks and ranked third on the team in scoring with 22 points (13g,9a), to go along with 79 shots on goal. His 13 goals set a new career-high. He led the team with two shorthanded tallies on the year and notched eight points (3g,5a) on the power play. He amassed 14 (7g,7a) of his 19 points in 24 conference games. Posted a point in 17 games this season, which includes four multi-point efforts and one multiple goal game. Registered two goals in the second game of the year on Oct. 13th vs. RIT and recorded three points (1g,2a) at Northeastern on November 1st. UMass Lowell owns a 10-3-4 record on the year when Hausinger scored a point.

2017-18 Season: Hausinger ranked third on the team in scoring with a career-high 20 points and a career-high 10 goals in 30 games as a sophomore. Registered nine points (2g,7a) in 19 conference games. Notched a point in 15 of 30 games, which includes four multi-point efforts and career-high two goals on Oct. 20 at Clarkson and Jan. 12 at Arizona State. Hausinger amassed 18 points (9g,9a) in the first 20 contests of the season for UMass Lowell. Three of his 10 assists were on game-winning tallies. 

2016-17 Season: Hausinger has posted 18 points (9g,9a) with a +6 plus/minus rating and four game-winning goals in 38 games, which third among River Hawk rookies. His nine goals ranked tied for 10th among Hockey East rookies and his four game-winners were tied for second among HEA first-year players. Has a point in 13 games this season, which includes four multi-point efforts. Notched two assists in the Hockey East Semifinals vs. Notre Dame on March 17th at TD Garden. Scored his first career goal Oct. 22 vs. Clarkson. Tallied a career-high three points (2g,1a) in Game 3 of the HEA quarterfinals vs. UNH and was named Hockey East Rookie of the Week on March 13th for his efforts. The River Hawks are 10-3-0 when Hausinger scores a point for the River Hawks.

Previous Team: Played last season for the Des Moines Buccaneers (USHL) and tallied 48 points (16g,32a) in 60 contests .. In 2014-15, Hausinger skated for the Odessa Jackalopes (NAHL) and tallied 68 points (25g,43a) in 57 games.
