Student Tickets Three Strikes

Any student who claims a ticket and does not attend the game will be given a penalty strike.

After a student receives three (3) strikes, that student will no longer be allowed to claim tickets for the rest of the season using advance ticketing.

To avoid getting a strike, students who have reserved a ticket but no longer plan to attend the game have the ability to return their ticket by logging back into the student ticket portal.

The deadline to return a ticket is 24 hours prior to the start of the game associated with the ticket. If you run into extenuating circumstances, contact Rowdy_Riverhawk@uml.edu!
