2017-18 Season: Burchett played in 11 games last season, tallying one assist on December 29th vs. Harvard. Had a plus or even rating in all 11 contests he played in. Skated in three of the last four games to end the season. Made his River Hawk debut on October 21st at St. Lawrence.

2016-2017 Season - Sat out the season due to NCAA transfer rules. 

Previous Team: Played the last two seasons for the Massachusetts Minutemen in Hockey East … Saw action in 24 games, tallying two goals and three assists for five points as a sophomore … Played in 32 games, recording seven points on two goals and five assists during his freshman campaign … High school hockey state champion with the Chicago Mission senior year … Two-time hockey state champion with St. Rita’s (freshman and junior year) … Helped lead his hockey team to the state semi finals during his sophomore campaign … Played football in high school.
 
Personal: Son of Keith and Patti Burchett … Has four sisters (Tori, Tierney, Karson and Riley) … Sister Tori played soccer at St. Bonaventure and sister Riley plays volleyball at Marquette … Nickname is “Burchy” … Lists Patrick Kane and the Blackhawks as his Favorite Sports Figure and Team … Enjoys playing guitar when not playing hockey … Favorite TV show is Mr. Robot.
