UMass Lowell Athletics

Walter Trisdale, ATC, enters his first year at UMass Lowell, providing the athletic health care for the men[apos]s soccer and baseball teams. A 2009 graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Trisdale earned his B.S. in Athletic Training. While at UNH, he worked with the Wildcats[apos] football program, as well as cross country, track and field and women[apos]s lacrosse teams. He also did clinical assignments at Portsmouth and Dover High Schools. During his first year as a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2009-10, he worked with the UNH volleyball team, before providing athletic health care for the winter sports teams at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Dover, N.H. Additionally, Trisdale worked as a per diem athletic trainer for two local sports medicine companies. Trisdale now resides in Lowell.
