2016-17 Season: He played in 39 of 41 games in his junior year, registering nine points (2g,7a) with a +17 plus/minus rating. His +17 plus/minus rating led all River Hawk defensemen. Had points in eight games this season, including two assists in the NCAA Northeast Regional Final against Note Dame on March 25th. Had a plus or even rating in 33 of his 39 games. The River Hawks owned a 5-2-1 record when Mueller scored a point. Finished the season with four points (1g,3a) and a +7 rating in his last five contests.

2015-16 Season: Mueller skated in all 40 contests for UMass Lowell, totaling six points (2g,4a) with a +10 plus/minus rating. Registered his first goal of the year and notched a season-high two points in the 6-3 win at Minnesota-Duluth on October 31st. His last goal came on February 27th vs. Boston College, which was the game-winning shorthanded tally for the River Hawks. Has a plus/even rating in 32 of 40 games this season. Recorded a season-high four shots on goal against Notre Dame on November 20th. The River Hawks owned a 5-0-0 record when Mueller scores a point. Tallied a season-high four blocks shots on October 23rd at Merrimack.

2014-15 Season: Appeared in 39 games while adding 16 points (3g,13a). Recorded his first collegiate goal was the game-winner in an 8-2 win over New Hampshire on Nov. 1. Added one goal and one assist in a 3-2 OT win over Maine on Dec. 6.

Sioux City Musketeers: Appeared in 58 games during the 2013-14 season ... Added 30 points (6g,24a) with a +20 rating during the regular season ... Named to the USHL All-Star Roster for the 2013-14 season.
