River Hawks Travel to Take on Massachusetts

LOWELL, Mass. – The UMass Lowell women's soccer team (1-3-1) continues a three-game road stretch with a Kennedy Cup showdown in Amherst, Mass. against Massachusetts (3-1-0). Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. on Sunday, September 6, at Rudd Field.
Series History
The River Hawks are 1-2-4 against the Minutewomen all time and are set to play for the eighth straight season. Last year in Lowell, the sides battled to a 0-0 draw. In the past four seasons, the match has ended in a draw three times.

Already the winningest coach in the program's Division I history, Head Coach Mira Novak sits one win away from the 50-win mark. He has led UMass Lowell to eight straight America East Tournaments.
