Salem News: Danvers' Russo excited for Lowell's Division I move

AS A SENIOR: Appeared in all 19 games on the season, starting in 18 of them accumulated over 1300 minutes on the field • Led team in both shots taken with 47 and shots on goal with 15 for a respective .319 SOG% • Season highlight would include goal against Stony Brook (9/28/14) • She finished her career tied for tenth on the career scoring list with 30 points (14g, 2a).

AS A JUNIOR: Started in all 18 matches • Notched two goals on the season • lead the team with 35 total shots.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in eight matches, starting seven before suffering a season-ending injury • Scored a goal and an assist • Recorded her only goal against Bridgeport in a 2-0 win (8/31). 

AS A FRESHMAN: NE-10 Rookie of the Year • Named to the NE-10 First and Rookie Team • Starter in 19 of 21 matches •  Led the River Hawks with 10 goals along with one assist for 21 points •  Northeast-10 Conference Rookie of the Week three times, 10/10, 10/17, & 11/14  •  Highlights include scoring two goals in a 2-1 victory over Saint Anselm (10/15); one goal, in a 1-1 shootout  victory over Bridgeport in the second round of the NCAA Tournament • Named to the Second Team National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Division II All-East Region Team
