AS A JUNIOR (2017): Schroeder started six of 15 contests for the River Hawks in his junior year. He posted 14 ground balls and seven caused turnovers.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2016): Made seven starts in 14 games played … recorded 18 ground balls and nine caused turnovers.
AS A FRESHMAN (2015): Started all 14 games in defense - Picked up single assists against Vermont (March 21) and Binghamton (Apr. 4) - Led the squad with 22 caused turnovers and was third with 31 ground balls - Won nine faceoffs and had the highest faceoff percentage at 32.1%.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ranked in top 100 long snappers for the class of 2014 – Also played football.
PERSONAL: Son of James and Jennifer Schroeder – Has two sisters (Druew and Delaney) – Enjoys going to the beach and golfing – His favorite TV show is Eastbound and Down – His favorite movie is This is the End – Lists the Washington Capitals and Redskins as his favorite professional sports teams – He names his father to be his favorite sports figure and influence. Recalls his greatest sports moment to be achieving a 128-0-1 record on his summer lacrosse team (Chesapeake Rock) throughout three summers.
