AS A JUNIOR: NFHCA/Longstreth All-America First Team • Northeast-10 Conference Player of the Year • NE-10 First Team • Compiled 25 goals and six assists • Ranked second among NE-10 scoring leaders, tops among NE-10 goalscorers • Ranked tied for first among NCAA Division II goal leaders and sixth in overall scoring • NE-10 Player of the Week once • Season-high include four goals and one assist in a 6-0 win over Saint Michael's; and two goals and two assists in a 4-0 victory at Adelphi.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named 2011 Longstreth/NFHCA DII Second Team All-American • Named 2011 Synapse Sports' First Team All-American • Played and started in 22 of 23 matches for the River Hawks • Was first in the NE-10 in points (56) and assists (18) and second with 19 goals on the season • Scored four game-winners on the year • Named NE-10 Player of the Week twice (9/27) & (10/4) • Scored four goals and an assist in a 10-0 win over Assumption (9/25) • Scored three goals and an assist in a 9-0 win over Lindenwood (9/23).      

AS A FRESHMAN: Named to the Northeast-10 All-Rookie team • Named NE-10 Rookie of the Week four times during the 2010 season • Made 12 starts in 24 appearances for the River Hawks, recording 11 goals and 10 assists for 32 points on the year, ranking her fourth on the team • Scored two game-winners on the year • Scored first collegiate goal on Sept. 6, the lone goal in a 1-0 victory over Millersville • Had two multi-goal games.

READING MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of varsity field hockey for Coach Mim Jarema at Reading Memorial High School • Was a three-sport captain at RMHS for field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse • Voted Team MVP and Middlesex League All-Star • "Best of 60" and Boston Herald All-Scholastic selection • Also plays for the Granite State Elite club team out of Milford, N.H. for Coach Ann McClean.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Michele and Paul McCarthy of Reading, Mass. • Plans to major in criminal justice at UMass Lowell.
