Biography

AS A SENIOR: Named to the America East All-Academic Team • Pitched for 15.2 innings on the season • Struck out 14 batters • Registered four saves for the year • Maintained a 1.72 ERA along with a record of 2-1.

AS A JUNIOR: Appeared in nine games, while pitching 11 innings in relief for the River Hawks • Struck out 10 batters • Against Merrimack he had two strikeouts in a inning of work (4/24). 

AS A SOPHOMORE: Appeared in nine games over 13.2 innings • Had eight strikeouts • Highlights include pitching one innings in relief giving up no hits and striking out two for a 11-1 win over Saint Michael's (4/21).

AS A FRESHMAN:
Appeared in two games, pitching two innings • Carried an 0-0 record with a 4.50 earned run average • Allowed two hits, two walks and struck out two.

WILMINGTON H.S.:
Played on the varsity team as a junior and senior • Named Team MVP as a senior • Also played four years of varsity golf and served as team captain as a senior.

PERSONAL:
One of three children of Greg and Linda Boutoures of Wilmington, MA • Lists the Boston Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics and New England Patriots as his favorite teams • Enjoys fishing in his free time • Aspires to attend law school and pass the BAR exam after graduating from UMass Lowell • Majoring in History.
