SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS: UMass Lowell enters the final weekend of the season with a 6-20 overall record (1-9 AE) after dropping a pair of matches last week to UNH (3-0) and Sacred Heart (3-1). The River Hawks have a 3-7 road record this season, which includes a 1-3 road in America East road tilts. 
Freshman 
Madi Bell (Port St. Lucie, Fla.) leads the team with 229 kills and sophomore outside hitter 
Haley Shimon (Des Moines, Iowa) is right behind Bell with 226 kills. Sophomore setter 
Delaney Mendez's (Phoenix, Ariz.) 556 assists also leads the River Hawks' roster. Sophomore libero 
Lindsey Visvardis (Homer Glen, Ill.) has the team lead with 403 digs. Visvardis needs 36 digs to match her total of 439 digs in her outstanding freshman season. Senior middle blocker 
Lauren Bennett (Wilmington, Mass.) has amassed 99 total blocks (15s,84a) to lead the River Hawks in her senior season. Bennett needs just one block to become the ninth player in team history with a 100-block season. 
SCOUTING THE RETRIEVERS: UMBC enters the weekend with a 16-7 overall mark and a 7-3 record in America East matches. The Retrievers own a 7-3 home record this season. UMBC won both road matches last weekend at Binghamton (3-1) and Albany (3-2). Zoya Trendafilova notched a match-high 23 kills for the Retrievers in last Sunday's win against the Great Danes. Abbie Mirabella leads UMBC with 271 kills on the season. The Retrievers won the first meeting of the season series by a 3-0 score on Oct. 16th at Costello Athletic Center. 
SCOUTING THE SEAWOLVES: Stony Brook also owns a 6-20 record coming into the weekend with a 2-8 mark in conference matches. Stony Brook has lost six straight matches, which includes a 3-2 loss at Fairfield on Wednesday. The Seawolves are 4-5 at home this season. McKyla Brooks leads the team with 266 kills. Stony Brook won the first meeting of the season series by a 3-0 score on Oct. 14th in Lowell.
