ABOUT LUCAS:Â A four-year old from Lowell, Mass., Lucas St. Onge is a member of the UMass Lowell Hockey Team. Lucas was drafted by the River Hawks in the fall of 2015. Lucas was diagnosed at two-months old with an immune dysfunction that has impacted him in many ways. Lucas only has about 18 percent of his intestines and no stomach motility. He has been on a transplant list for about a year for a new live, small intestine, pancreas and stomach. With daily treatments and medication, Lucas finds the strength to be a happy, active, hockey-loving four-year-old.
