UMass Lowell Athletics

Major and Why: I am going to be majoring in Business at UMass Lowell. I am excited because of all the technological changes that are taking place in the field and think that UMass Lowell will give me the tools to be successful in the field of Business and Marketing.

Why UMass Lowell: I chose UMass Lowell because other universities I visited were too big, too small, too country, too city, or too suburban but Lowell was just right! It was like a larger version of my hometown in NJ. I felt immediately comfortable here. After taking the tours of the campus, I felt that there was a lot of positive buzz going around. The school is improving and expanding, people are talking good things about this town and this University and I really felt that I wanted to be part of that.

Highlights: Disney Team 2011, 2012…Festival Team 2010, 2011, 2013…Quik Stix Club Team Captain…In 2013, she lead state with a .949 save percentage (185 saves on 195 shots)…In 2012, she registered a .906 save percentage (106 save on 117 shots, 6 shutouts)…Second-Team All-State North Jersey 2012…First-Team All-County 2012…First-Team All Conference 2012…Second-Team All-Conference 2013…Honorable Mention All-County 2013…Team Defensive MVP in 2012, 2013…Star Ledger Third-Team All-State Group 1 2012…Daily Record Second-Team in 2013.
