River Hawks Continue Road Stretch at Bradley, Saint Peter's

Peoria, Ill. - nter game three of a five-game road trip when they visit Bradley on Wednesday, November 19.

A WIN WOULD
A win against the Braves would mark the first win over Bradley in program history and the first road win of the year. A win against Saint Peter's would improve the River Hawks' record in that series to 3-0.

LAST TIME OUT
Freshman JJ Massaquoi scored a career-high 26 points, as UMass Lowell battled hard in the first half before falling to the Wake Forest Demon Deacons, 109-75, on Nov. 16. Massaquoi, who added six rebounds to his stat line, was one of three River Hawks to finish with double-digit points. Senior Austin Green totaled 10 points and a team-high seven rebounds, while junior Khalil Farmer added 10 points, as well.

LEADING THE FLOCK
Through five games, JJ Massaquoi leads the way with 14.4 points per game. Austin Green who sits second with 12.8 points per game, paces the squad with 6.6 rebounds per game. Xavier Spencer, who ranks third with 9.2 points per game, adds a team-high 21 assists, while Shawn Simmons II boasts six blocks to sit first on the team.

GOOD FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Rookie JJ Massaquoi has stood out for the River Hawks in his first collegiate appearances, posting double-digit points in three of  five games so far., including leading the team with a personal-best 26 points at Wake Forest.

CAREER DAY
Shawn Simmons II and Xavier Spencer both turned in career-best performances at Columbia, as Simmons II totaled 14 points and Spencer boasted 12 points and 12 assists for his first career double-double.

FREE IS FOR ME
The River Hawks have been strong from the foul line to open the new season, posting a 73.1 free throw percentage as a team, ranking fifth in the conference. JJ Massaquoi is leading the way with a 20-for-25 effort from the charity stripe so far.

STARTING STRONG
The win against Rivier on Nov. 3 marked the sixth straight year that the River Hawks have opened the season with a victory. It also gave the team its 12th consecutive win in its home opener.

ROAD WARRIORS
The River Hawks will be challenged during the non-conference slate in 2025 with 10 road games on the docket, compared to just five home contests.
