SCOUTING THE RIVER HAWKS:Â UMass Lowell comes into Saturday's game with some much-needed rest. The River Hawks have played five games in the last two weeks, but had the week off to prepare for Albany. Their last time out, the River Hawks put together a late run against conference opponent Vermont, only to fall 11-9. Sophomore
Keenan Koswin (Winnipeg, Manitoba) put together his best game of the season putting up five points {2g, 3a}. Defensively, UMass Lowell has been getting stronger by the week, and now ranks fourth in the conference in goals against per game, allowing ten and a half per contest.

SCOUTING THE GREAT DANES:Â Albany comes into this game holding a three game winning streak and an overall record of 6-2. It hasn't come easy, the Great Danes were able to pull off a close win over Harvard Wednesday night 10-9. Goalie Blaze Riorden stopped 18 shots, including one with less than five seconds left. Albany ranks in the top three in the conference in most major statistical categories, including leading the conference in forced turnovers and team save percentage.
