The UMass Lowell volleyball team suffered a three-set loss to University of New Hampshire, Saturday afternoon at Lundholm Gymnasium in Durham, N.H.
 
The match scores favored UNH, 25-16, 25-6 and 25-13.
 
With the loss, UMass Lowell slipped to 0-20 overall and 0-8 America East, while UNH improved to 12-12 overall and 6-2 America East.
 
Junior MH Anisa Smith (Moraga, Calif.) led the offense with seven kills, while senior Brooke Peterson (Del Mar, Calif.) had four kills and three digs. Junior OH Hannah Rey (San Diego, Calif) had a team high nine digs. Junior setter Kamiren Humphrey (Tucson, Ariz.) finished with 11 assist and five digs.
 
The Wildcats' Tori Forest led UNH with 12 kills, while Morgan Thatcher had 11 kills and four blocks.
 
The River Hawks travel to Providence, R.I. next Friday to take on the Friars at 7:00 p.m. UNH visits Hartford Friday at 7:00.
