Biography
AS A SENIOR (2014): Rey played in all 33 matches (112 games) and a career-high 551 digs in her final season with the River Hawks. Her 551 digs is the second best single-season total in school history (Erin Miller; 562 in 2012). She tallied a career-high 30 digs on Sept. 30th at Bryant and Nov. 14th vs. Stony Brook. Her 4.92 digs per set ranked tied for fourth among America East players. She notched 20+ digs on 12 occasions. Rey was named "River Hawk of the Week" on Oct. 7th. She finishes her River Hawk career with 209 kills and 973 digs.
AS A JUNIOR (2013): Saw action in 18 matches (52 games) with four starts • Had 130 digs, 11 assists, and eight service aces • Had 19 digs in the season finale vs. Albany (11/16).Â
AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Redshirted her sophomore year due to injury.Â
AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Appeared in 24 matches (88 games) with 18 starts • Totaled 206 kills, 292 digs and 14 service aces • Totaled seven double-doubles (kills/digs) • Highlights included a season-best 18 kills and 28 digs in a 1-3 loss at Pace (10/15) • Scored eight kills and 24 digs in a 3-1 victory at Bentley (9/7).
