Biography

AS A SENIOR: Played in all but one game for the River Hawks (49), making 47 starts • Finished the year with a .324 batting average and 25 RBI • Collected 48 hits and 71 total bases on the year with 11 doubles and six triples • Finished the season with a .480 slugging percentage and .425 on base percentage • .907 fielding percentage on the year after committing just four errors • Stole a team-best 19 bases on 26 attempts. AS A JUNIOR: Played and started in 36 games for the River Hawks • Had a .243 batting average with ten RBI on the year • Recorded four triples and seven stolen bases on the year, including two on March 31 in a 4-1 win over Franklin Pierce • .911 fielding percentage and offensively, had .364 slugging percentage and .312 OBP • Tallied five multi-hit games during the year • Had a season-high four hits in an 8-4 win over St. Rose on April 18. AS A SOPHOMORE: Made 49 appearances on the year with 30 starts • Ranked fourth on the team with .324 batting average • Tallied four doubles and one homerun on the year • .446 slugging percentage and .420 OBP • .970 fielding percentage • Had a season-high three hits against Philadelphia on March 20 • Enjoyed a ten-game hit-streak between April 8-15. AS A FRESHMAN: Saw action in 45 games, making 44 starts on the year • Tied for fifth on team with a .276 batting average • Knocked in 10 RBI on the year with four doubles and two homeruns • Had a .398 slugging percentage and .355 OBP • Was a perfect 5-5 in stolen bases • Had a .945 fielding percentage • First collegiate hit came against C.W. Post on March 12 • Hit in 8-of-9 games between April 29 and May 13. LOWELL HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years of softball at Lowell High School • Voted team[apos]s Most Valuable Player all four years • Four-year Merrimack Valley All-Conference selection • Earned MVC[apos]s Player of the Year honors as a senior • Lowell Sun[apos]s Player of the Year in 2006 • Two-year Lowell Sun All-Star • Boston Globe All-Star and Boston Herald All-Scholastic • Member of 2005 Division I North State Champion team • Also played for the Mass Destruction club team out of Burlington. PERSONAL: One of four children of Cathy and Armand Hebert of Lowell, Mass • Lists the Boston Red Sox as her favorite professional team • Majoring in criminal justice with aspirations to become a police officer.
