2015-16

Indoor Track
He started the season at the 30th Brown University Alden Invitational with a personal best weight throw mark of 42' 3.25" and finished in 9^th place... At the Tufts Invite #1 his 45' 8.5" shot put mark was good enough for 4^th place... A 48' 1.25" shot put mark at the Boston University Mulit Team Meet netted him 5^th place... At the 2016 America East Indoor Championships he came in 11^th for his shot put mark of 45' 5.25".. He also finished 11^th at the 48th NEICAAA Indoor Track & Field Championships with a personal best shot put mark of 48' 2"...

2014-15

Indoor Track
During the indoor track season he threw for a distance of 12.26 meters for the weight throw at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic, which was good enough for 23^rd … His highest placing was at the Boston University Multi-Team Meet where he finished in the top ten for both shot put (fifth) and the weight throw (ninth) … In the America East Indoor Track and Field Championship, Perry finished 13^th for the shot put with a distance of 13.59 meters

Outdoor Track
The spring campaign was very good to Mroz, where his best performance of the season came at the Jim Sheehan Invitational where he won the shot put throw with a distance of 14.53 meters … At the UMass Pre-Conference Meet 2015 he threw a distance of 14.59 meters in shot put, earning him a fifth place finish … His personal best in discus throw came at the Brown Invitational for a distance of 37.10 meters

2013-14

Outdoor Track
Had two events in the spring of the 2014 outdoor track campaign and finished in the top 15 of both … At the George Davis Invitational Track and Field Meet, Perry Competed in the Shot put and finished 13^th with a distance with 12.56 meters … At the 1^st Annual Mark Young Invitational, Mroz finished 12^th in the shot put with the season high of 13.33 meters

Personal: Son of Timothy Mroz and Susan Marraffa … Lists the Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins and Team USA as his favorite sports teams … Hobbies include writing, music and video games … Lists Ancient Aliens, Game of Thrones and the Walking Dead as is his favorite television programs … His favorite sport figures and influences are Tedy Bruschi and East German thrower Ulf Timmerman … Chose UMass Lowell because of its “convenience and quality” … His favorite memory is breaking his high school’s shot put record by almost two feet with his first legal throw at All-State Meet his senior year … Majoring in English with a minor in Italian.
