At the Tufts Invite #1 he had a 2^nd place finish with his pole vault mark of 13’ 11.25”… His personal best pole vault distance came at the Boston Univ. Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invitational with a mark of 14’ 11”, good enough for 4^th place… In the pole vault event at the Brown University Invitational his mark of 14’ 5.25” earned him 3^rd place…
 
Outdoor Track
King finished in 2^nd place with a personal best pole vault mark of 15’ 5.5” at the Ocean State Invitational… A pole vault distance of 14’ 5.25” was good enough for 3^rd place at the UMASS Pre-Conference… At the America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships he received 4^th place in the pole vault with a distance of 14’ 5.25”…

His pole vault distance of 13’ 5.25” earned him a 3^rd place finish at the 31^st Brown University Alden Invitational… He came in 2^nd place at the Boston University Multi-Team Meet with a pole vault mark of 14’ 5.25”…

Finished 4^th in the pole vault with a distance of 13’ 5.25” at the Dartmouth Outdoor Invitational…  Collected another 4^th place finish at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet with a pole vault mark of 14’ 5.25”…

Personal: Son of Darrin and Heather King… Has two older brothers, one being Garrett King, whom ran Track and Field here at UMass Lowell… Has had his appendix removed… Favorite TV show is Fast and Loud… Lists the Bruins and Patriots as his favorite sports team… Majoring in mechanical engineering, and would love to focus his studies on aeronautics in the future…
