Prior to his time at Bentley, Diantgikis started his collegiate coaching career at Wentworth Institute of Technology, serving as the defensive coordinator for the Division III lacrosse program. Alongside organizing the defensive strategy, he also assisted in all aspects of lacrosse operations and assisted in the team's recruiting.

Before coaching at the collegiate level, got his start in the field serving as an Assistant Boys' Lacrosse Coach at Peabody Veterans Memorial High School. Since then, he has also coached for Four Leaf Lacrosse and was an Assistant Coach for the Greek National Men's Lacrosse Team from 2023 to 2025.
