Ended the year second on the team with 47 blocks ... Collected his first assist in game two of the season-opening series at Alaska Anchorage (10/08) ... Added an assist to his season total at Maine (1/19) ... Added one helper in two consecutive games against Vermont and Northeastern (02/10 & 02/16).  

AS A JUNIOR (2022-23): Appeared in 36 games for the River Hawks in his junior campaign, recording one goal and four assists for five points ... Led the team with a career-high 60 blocks ... Ended the year with one game-winning goal in a 2-1 home victory against Providence. 

AS A SOPHOMORE (2021-22): Saw action in 32 of the River Hawks’ 35 games … Ended the year with a career-best eight points off two goals and six assists … Tied first on the team in blocked shots with 46 … Finished second on the team with a +12 rating … Scored his first collegiate goal against Michigan State (10/22) … Added another goal to his season total on the road against Providence (2/18) … Blocked a season-high four shots in three different games (10/23 vs. Michigan State; 2/18 vs. Providence; 2/19 at Providence) … Two-time Hockey East Defender of the Week (Week of 10/25; Week of 2/7).

AS A FRESHMAN (2020-21): Skated in 12 games during his rookie campaign, including his collegiate debut against Providence (12/13)…Recorded his first collegiate point on the road against New Hampshire off an assist (2/6)…Finished the year with a +2 rating and five blocked shots ... Named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team. 

Before UMass Lowell: Engum has spent the last two seasons with the Waterloo Black Hawks (USHL) … registered 32 points (6g, 26a) in 95 games … his +22 was the squads best plus/minus rating of the season … prior to his time in the USHL, Engum played three seasons for the Burnsville Blaze … was named team captain his senior year … led the team in points, tallying 21 in 27 games … awarded the Burnsville Hobey Baker Character Award … graduated with high distinction.
