AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2023): Made 18 appearances and two starts…Posted a 6.98 ERA with an 0-1 record…Struck out 15 hitters in 19.1 innings…Went a season-high 2.1 innings and struck out two hitters against Binghamton (5.20).

AS A GRADUATE STUDENT (2022): Played in 10 games and made one start…Threw 16.2 innings and struck out 22 batters…Struck out a season-high six hitters against Massachusetts (4.13).

BEFORE UMASS LOWELL: Made nine appearances while posting a 6-3 record … pitched a total of 44.2 innings with a 5.10 ERA and 44 strikeouts.
 
HIGHLIGHTS: Member of the baseball team at Manatee High School … named captain of the baseball team his senior year … graduated in the top 10% of his class as well as with Hall of Fame honors at his high school … voted defensive player of the year by his team … during his junior year season he pitched a no-hitter.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Lisa Oppelt-Rodgers and York Rodgers of Parish, FL. … has three siblings (Zoe, Kurtis and Kristin) … lists hiking, listening to music, and going to the beach as his hobbies … names Peaky Blinders and The Office as his two favorite TV shows … his favorite professional sports teams are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, and Tampa Bay Lightning … he chose to attend UMass Lowell to further his academic and baseball career while pursuing his masters.
