PROFILE: Returns to the starting rotation following a redshirt season due to an injury • Blue-collar hurler loaded with potential • Majoring in business administration.

CRANSTON WEST H.S.: Enjoyed a storied career at Cranston West H.S. for coach Chuck Jones • Earned Division Most Valuable Player honors • All-Division First Team • Second Team All-State • Led Cranston West H.S. to Rhode Island state championship • Also played for the South Shore Seadogs • Graduated in the CACTC engineering program. AS A FRESHMAN: Appeared in eight games (12.1 innings), primarily in middle relief, with a 2.84 ERA • Highlights include a 7-5 victory at Southern New Hampshire in which he allowed one hit, no runs anad no walks while striking out three in three innings; and a 7-4 win over American International in which he allowed one walk, no hits or runs in 2.1 innings. AS A SOPHOMORE: Made five appearances (17.0) before an injury forced him to redshirt • Named to the Northeast-10 Conference Weekly Honor roll once • Peaked in a 4-0 win over Dowling, allowing two hits, no runs or walks while striking out 10 over seven innnigs • Also enjoyed a 5-1 win over Assumption in which he scattered one hit, one run and no walks while striking our six in six innings. AS A JUNIOR: Compiled a 6-0 record over eight starts, including one complete game and a 1.76 ERA • Ranked among the NE-10 leaders in ERA (1st), opposing batting average (2nd, .179), strike outs looking (4th, 27), wins (6th) and strike outs (10th, 58) • Named to the ABCA All-East Region First Team • Named to the NE-10 Second Team • Named to the NE-10 Weekly Honor Roll three times • Highlights included pitching nine innings while striking out 11 and allowing one run in a loss to Bently (2-1) • Also threw a complete game with seven strike outs and one earned run allowed in a 6-2 win over Merrimack.
