Biography
AS A SOPHOMORE (2018): Dulaney played in 3 matches and 8 sets in her sophomore campaign. She earned herself a career-high of 33 digs throughout the 2018 season and had a season-high of 9 kills on Aug. 25 vs. Eastern Washington. Dulaney totaled 5+ digs on three occasions and 5+ kills on two occasions. Her 2.63 kill per set average was best on the team for the 2018 season.
AS A FRESHMAN (2017): Dulaney played in 20 matches and 51 sets in her rookie season at UMass Lowell, posting 60 kills, 32 total blocks (4s, 28a) and 31 digs to go along with nine service aces. Her 60 kills were second most along River Hawk freshmen. She notched a career-high nine kills in her second collegiate match against Morgan State on August 26th at the UNCG Tournament. Dulaney totaled 5+ kills on six occasions. She notched eight multi-block efforts, which included a career-high eight total blocks on September 2nd vs. NJIT.
BEFORE UMASS LOWELL: Won the 3A State Volleyball Championship with Bayside High School in all four years. During her senior season, she was named the 3A Most Valuable Player and was named All-State, All-County and All-Area. Was All-County and All-Area all four seasons she played. Was named to the 3A State All-Tournament Team as a sophomore and junior. She was the Gulf Coast Player of the Year in her junior season. Played for her mom at Eastern Shore Volleyball Club. Â
PERSONAL: Daughter of Dr. Ritchie and Calvin Dulaney. Has a sister Morgan and a twin brother Calvin, Jr. Her mom played volleyball at Missouri (1981-85), her sister Morgan played volleyball at Lynn University (2014-17) and her father Calvin played basketball at Navy. Enjoys drawing, writing and biking in her free time. Her favorite TV show is The Bachelorette. Her favorite professional sports team is the Golden State Warriors and her favorite sports influence is Stephen Curry. Dulaney's greatest sports moment was making a game-saving dig during the volleyball state tournament. Had a 4.2 GPA in high school and was a member of the National Honor Society and the National Math Honor Society.Â
