Looking at the River HawksUMass Lowell, riding a two-game win streak after defeating Bryant, 3-2, in overtime on Sept. 23, sits at 5-3 overall.
Guilherme Rodrigues (Lowell, Mass.) drew a penalty kick in the 86th minute that was converted by
Carlos Ruiz (East Boston, Mass.) to tie the score at 2-2. The junior then won the game for the River Hawks in the 95th minute with a rocket from 20-yards out. Freshman
Chase Reichenberg (Hamburg, Germany) scored his first career goal in the 15th minute.
Wuilito Fernandes (Praia, Cape Verde) has a team-high seven points (2g, 3a).
Austin Kroll (Baltimore, Md.) has recorded a 1.12 goals against average with 22 saves. Fernandes and
Edward Venta-Yepes (Lowell, Mass.) lead the offense with 17 points apiece.
Scouting Boston UniversityThe Terriers (4-2-1) have only lost once in September, falling to Princeton 2-1 on Sept. 19. In the most recent outing on Sept. 27 they tied Bucknell, 1-1, in double overtime. Anthony Viteri leads the team with five goals and 12 points, and is tied with two others with two assists. Feliz De Bona is second with three goals and seven points. Matt Gilbert has made all seven starts, recording a 1.10 goals against average and 31 saves.

Scouting New HampshireThe Wildcats (6-0-2) are the last remaining unbeaten team in America East, and have won four of their last five games, tying Columbia, 1-1, on Sept. 26. Chris Wingate and Ben Ramin lead the team with seven points (3g, 1a) each. Fazal Nabi has two goals and two assists for six points. In net, Ryan Carpenter has made seven starts and has earned a 5-0-2 record, boasting a goals against average of 0.81 while making 13 saves.
