LOWELL, Mass. – Downpours in the fourth inning forced the umpires to call the ballgame between UMass Lowell and Northeastern at LeLacheur Park on Tuesday night.
 
The game was pushed back a half hour before the Huskies took a 2-1 edge until the coaches called the game after a delay of an hour.
 
The River Hawks will return to the diamond on Thursday night against LIU Brooklyn at 7 p.m.
