Looking at the River HawksUMass Lowell (7-8-1, 2-3-1 AE) fell to UMBC on Senior Day this weekend, 1-0, on a goal in the 77th minute.
Wuilito Fernandes (Praia, Cape Verde) leads the team in scoring with four goals and three assists for 11 points.
Guilherme Rodrigues (Lowell, Mass.) and
Jay Marchand (North Andover, Mass.) both have six points (2g, 2a). In net for the River Hawks,
Austin Kroll (Baltimore, Md.) has recorded a career-high seven shutouts with 45 saves and a 1.03 goals against average.
Scouting HartfordThe Hawks (4-7-5, 0-4-2) are searching for their first win since Sept. 27 (0-4-3), after having lost, 2-1, in double overtime to New Hampshire their last time out. Javoni Simms leads the offense with six goals and 12 points, while Mikkel Song has dished out six assists. In net for Hartford, David MacKinnon has made all 16 starts, recording a 1.19 GAA with 43 saves and three shutouts.
