LOWELL, Mass. – The UMass Lowell men's soccer team hosts its final game of the season on Senior Night against the Hartford Hawks on November 5 at 7 p.m. Homero Morais (Somerville, Mass.) will be honored with a pre game ceremony.

River Hawk Review
UMass Lowell defeated UNH, 1-0, last weekend to extend its winning streak to four and unbeaten streak to six. Freshman Jacob Fitzgerald scored his first career goal in the 63rd minute for the win. The River Hawks are 8-8-1 and sit in second place in the conference with a 4-1-1 mark.

With 13 points, the River Hawks need a win and a UMBC loss (11/5 @Stony Brook, 7 p.m.) to clinch a share of the regular-season title. Hartford has 12 points and is looking for a win to leapfrog UMass Lowell into second place.

Flying High
Wuilito Fernandes (Praia, Cape Verde) leads the offense with five goals and two assists for 12 points. Morais has 10 points from four goals and two assists. Carlos Ruiz (East Boston, Mass.) and Guilherme Rodrigues (Lowell, Mass.) lead the team with three assists. Kroll leads the conference with 87 saves and has recorded five shutouts. He boasts a 1.28 goals against average with a .798 save percentage.

Protecting the Nest
Austin Kroll (Baltimore, Md.) earned his third straight America East Rookie of the Week nod, with eight saves in the win. He has won the title four times this season, and was also named the Corvias ECAC Rookie of the Week on October 20. Kroll leads the conference with 87 saves and saves per game with 5.12. His five shutouts are tied for second in the conference.

Scouting Hartford
The Hawks are riding a four-game winning streak as well, and have only given up two goals in the span. Hartford (9-5-2, 4-2-0) holds a 7-0-0 mark at home, but has struggled on the road going 1-5-2. Udi Cohen and Jeff Tryon both have three goals and two assists to lead the team with eight points. Javoni Simms, Omar Tall, and Rohan Roye all have three assists. In 15 starts, David MacKinnon has made 54 saves with a goals against average of 0.98 and a save percentage of .793. In two appearances (one start), Scott McKirgan has allowed one goal with nine saves.
