Albany became the only team to score on No. 4 Syracuse this season in a 2-1 loss on October 7. Afonso Pinheiro leads the offense with nine points (4 g, 1 a), and one game-winning goal. Pedro Espindola and Philip Persson are tied with a  team-high two assists. Tim Allen has made all 12 starts in net recording 53 saves with a 0.89 goals against average and a .815 save percentage.

Head Coach Christian Figueroa on Albany
"Albany will be a tough test for us. They are coming off a good conference win against Vermont and a close game against nationally ranked Syracuse, so we will have to be sharp and disciplined against this group. They are a tough team that can make you pay if you make mistakes, so we will need to take care of the ball in order to limit their chances."
