The New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association (NEIBA) All-Star game, originally scheduled for tonight, has been cancelled due to rain and will not be made up.
 
UMass Lowell sophomores Shane Beauchemin (Manchester, N.H.), Geoff DeGroot (Wesley Chapel, Fla.) and Jacob O'Keefe (Wellington, Fla.) were selected to the 2013 New England Intercollegiate Baseball Association All-Star Game.
 
The annual showcase assembles the top talent from Division II and III to face the region's elite from Division I. The College Division Team is comprised of 16 of the region's standout Division-II players and 15 of Division-III's top seniors. The University Division Team features 28 standout Division-I players from the region.
