AS A FRESHMAN: All-NCAA East Region Team, placed 15th individually and helped the River Hawks finish second at the NCAA East Region Championship • Placed 142nd overall (123rd among scoring runners) at the NCAA Championship, leading UMass Lowell to 23rd • Northeast-10 Conference Second Team all-star, placed 12th at the 2009 NE-10 Championship in 19:17.7, led UMass Lowell to runner-up finish • USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team • NE-10 Fall '09 and Spring '10 Commissioner's Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN: NCAA qualifier in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:54.79 • USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team • Highlights include a results of 2:26.93 in the 800 meters at the Greater Boston Track Club Invitational; 3:03.88 in the 1,000 meters at the New England Championship; and 5:19.73 in the mile at the Boston University Terrier Invitational • Scored in two events to help UMass Lowell capture the 2010 NE-10 Championship.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Highlights include results of 2:26.46 in the 800 meters at the Greter Boston Track Club Invitational; 3:04.94 in the 1,000 meters at the Yale Giegengack Invitational; and 5:12.12 in the mile at the New England Championship.
AS A JUNIOR: Highlights include results of 2:59.07 in the 1,000 meters at the New England Championship; 5:09.42 in the mile at the Boston University Valentine Invitational • Also placed third in the mile at the NE-10 Championship, leading the River Hawks to the team title.

AS A FRESHMAN: USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team • Highlights include results of 4:58.25 in the 1,500 meter relay at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational; and 12:10.30 in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the Brown Springtime Invitational.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Highlights include running a 4:47.74 in the 1,500 meters at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational; 5:13.83 in the mile at the Brown Springtime Invitational; and 12:31.00 in the 3,000 meter steplechase at the UMass Lowell George Davis Invitational.
AS A JUNIOR: All-Northeast-10 standout in the 800 meters, ran a 2:24 split as UMass Lowell placed second in 9:32.78 • Achived personal-best results in the 800 meters (2:23.81) at the UNH Wildcat Invitational; and the 1,500 meters (4:43.53) at the Princeton Larry Ellis Invitational.
