AS A SOPHOMORE: entMade one start in eight games ... first career hit was home run at Marist (3.30) ... scored twice, including game-winning run against NYIT (3.19).

AS A FRESHMAN: Played in 17 games starting in four, achieved a .96 fielding percentage with only one error on the entire season

ARCHBISHOP COLEMAN CARROLL: Four-year varsity player ... Played basketball his senior year... Won Team MVP for both sports in his senior season

PERSONAL: Son of Yanet Aleaga and Camilo Ortega...  His favorite professional sports teams are the Marlins and Heat...  Jsosh Hamilton, Dwayne Wade, and Curtis Granderson are his favorite athletes...  His hobbies include paintball, basketball, Xbox and spear fishing... Majoring in Plastics Engineering
