Olivia Shapiro is entering her first year working with UMass Lowell Athletic Healthcare. Shapiro primarily serves as the certified athletic trainer for the women’s basketball team. She is a recent graduate of Merrimack College where she earned her M.S. in Athletic Training in 2022 and her B.S. in Health Science in 2020. Olivia worked closely with the UMass Lowell Women’s soccer team during the 2021 season.
Prior to her time at UMass Lowell, Shapiro completed clinical internships at the Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, MA and the Derryfield School in Manchester, NH.
Shapiro is originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, and currently resides in North Andover, MA.
