AS AS JUNIOR: Saw action in 39 games on the season • Maintained a .225 batting average with 29 hits and 19 RBI • Had an on base percentage of .335 for the year.

AS A SOPHOMORE: Named to the NE-10 All-Conference Second Team • Played in all 49 games, with 48 starts • Had a .330 batting average, scored 35 runs and hit 32 RBI • He was tied for the team-high with 12 doubles, to go along with two triples and two homeruns • Went 11-for-14 in steals and had a .996 fielding percentage, with 235 total putouts • Went 4-for-5, scored three runs and had two RBI in a 7-6 win at Saint Michael's (5/20).

AS A FRESHMAN: NE-10 All-Conference Rookie Team • Appeared in 45 games, starting 44 • Batted .267 (43-for-161) with 38 RBI's and 33 runs scored • Was 8-for-8 on stolen base attempts • Season highlights include a 4-for-5 showing with three RBI's and two runs scored against Caldwell (3/14) • Named NE-10 Rookie of the Week on March 19.  

LOWELL H.S.: Three-year starter at Lowell H.S. • 2009 Maxpreps top 25 baseball player in Massachusetts • 2011 ESPN top-50 high school player in Massachusetts • Also played for Post 87 Legion team • 2010 American Legion All-Star • Also a four year starter for the football team and three year starter for the basketball team • Was on the Lowell High Headmasters and Student Advisory Committees.

PERSONAL: One of three children of Suzanne and Jim Ricoy of Lowell, Mass. • Lists the Boston Red Sox, Celtics, Bruins and New England Patriots as favorite professional teams • Hobbies include fishing, golf, basketball and going to the beach • Favorite player is Dustin Pedroia • Aspires to play pro baseball and graduate with a degree in criminal justice • Majoring in Criminal Justice.
