Gould enters his fifth season with the River Hawk men's lacrosse program and his third season as associate head coach and offensive coordinator. Gould spent his first two seasons as an assistant coach and was elevated in associate head coach on Sept. 1, 2017.

In Gould’s lone season at Dartmouth, the offense saw a 10% increase in extra-man scoring and the team increased their win total by three games. Dartmouth’s first Ivy League win of the season came against No. 12 Harvard.

Before his move to Dartmouth, Gould was a volunteer assistant coach at Bryant University for the 2014 season. The Bulldogs reached as high as No. 11 nationally and made the NCAA quarterfinals for the first time in program history. Gould was responsible for breaking down game film and for player development of the attack unit.

Gould’s coaching career began at his alma mater, Duxbury High School, where he served for three seasons. He was responsible for scouting, as well as the team’s offensive and man-up units, and helped lead the Dragons to two Massachusetts State Championships.

A 2010 graduate from Bentley University, Gould had an illustrious four-year career with the Falcons. A two-time captain and four-time All-New England selection, Gould ranks fifth in program history in assists and eighth in career points. Gould was named the New England and Northeast-10 Rookie of the Year as a freshman and a 2010 All-American as a senior.

After graduating with a degree in business management, Gould was selected 39th overall by the Boston Cannons in the 2010 Major League Lacrosse Collegiate Draft. He played for three seasons in attack and was a part of the 2011 Major League Lacrosse Championship team.
