Biography
HERENDA ON EMETAROM: "Nomso is one of the hardest workers on our team and a young man that lays it on the line every day for his team. He is an incredible ball hawk and makes all of our guards better on a daily basis. He has improved his offensive game from day one dramatically and continues to learn how to run the team from the point guard position."
AS A JUNIOR: Played in 27 games coming off the bench • Scored four points at Saint Anselm on Mar. 3 in the NE-10 Quarterfinals.
AS A SOPHOMORE: Played in all 30 games • Season-highs include three points and three assists to go with a rebound in a 109-81 win over Concordia (12/31).
AS A FRESHMAN: Played in 26 games with one start • Had a season best of four points at Stonehill on Feb. 5.
FRAMINGHAM H.S.: Played four years of basketball at Framingham High School for Coach Mike Tarlin • Named First Team All-Conference and team captain • Also named First Team All-Conference for football and was a MIAA State Championship qualifier in track and field.
PERSONAL: Son of Victoria Emetarom and Goodwin Emetarom • Has one sister • Lists the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Lakers and New England Patriots as his favorite professional teams • Lists Michael Jordan, Deion Sanders and Kobe Bryant as favorite athletes • Says his greatest sports moments were a one-handed interception in football and his first dunk in basketball • Majoring in criminal justice with aspiration to become a lawyer.
