Mitchell serves as the Director of Data and Analytics for the 2026 season, bringing knowledge of baseball and analytics shaped by his collegiate experience. He comes to the program following a four-year playing career as a member of the Salve Regina University baseball team from 2021 to 2025.
Mitchell was part of Seahawks teams that competed on the national stage, including Salve Regina’s appearance in the NCAA Division III College World Series, along with two Super Regional and four Regional appearances.Â
Mitchell earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Salve Regina in 2025 and is expected to complete his Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from UMass Amherst this year.
