LOWELL, Mass. – The UMass Lowell baseball team has announced that this weekend's away series on March 27–29 versus Maine will be relocated due to low temperatures in Orono, Maine. The games will now be played at home, as the River Hawks will welcome the Black Bears to Edward A. LeLacheur Park for the upcoming series in Lowell, Mass. 

As a result of this change, the series against Maine later in the season will now be hosted by the Black Bears from May 8–10, with game times to be announced.
