LOWELL, Mass. – Senior Dillan Bentley (Peoria, Ill.) of the UMass Lowell ice hockey team has signed with the Laval Rocket, the AHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, as announced by the organization on Saturday, March 14.
The forward spent four seasons with the River Hawks, totaling 58 points on 29 goals and 29 assists in 121 career games. He served as an alternate captain during his senior season, leading the team with 25 points on a team-best 14 goals while adding 11 assists.
Bentley has signed a two-year, one-way AHL contract for the 2026–27 and 2027–28 seasons. He has also been signed to a professional tryout contract (PTO) with the Rocket for the remainder of the 2025–26 season.
