UMass Lowell Athletics has announced an all-new digital student ticketing system to help further enhance the overall student game day experience.

While there is no change to the cost to attend games for UMass Lowell students (this process is and remains FREE for all UMass Lowell students) new this season, students will be eligible to request one (1) FREE digital ticket to each River Hawk ticketed sporting event (ice hockey, men's and women's basketball). All other River Hawk home athletic events remain free to all patrons, highlighted by attendance for all River Hawk Men's and Women's Soccer games and Field Hockey contests being presented by Eastern Salt and Mahoney Oil!

This ticket policy applies to all UMass Lowell students regardless of class - undergraduate, graduate, in-person, on-line, full-time and part-time students. 

The River Hawk student ticket portal will open two weeks prior to each home game. At that time, students will have the opportunity to log into their student account using SSO sign-in with their student e-mail and reserve seats for games taking place over the two week period. The student ticket portal will remain open until all student tickets for that event have been reserved. When available, students may still claim tickets at the gates to each event by doing the process on-site. Students will have the option to return a reserved ticket up to 24 hours prior to the start of the event to avoid a penalty to their account.

How to reserve a student ticket:

1. Visit GoRiverHawks.com/tickets
2. Click on the "Student Tickets" tab.
3. Login using your UMass Lowell student login and password.
4. Click the sport you're searching for.
5. Click on the game you're interested in attending and then click 'Buy Now'.
6. Follow all remaining prompts to checkout and finalize your selection by clicking 'Place Order'.
7. To download your ticket, enter your mobile phone number where prompted. Your ticket will also be emailed to your @student.uml.edu email address.
8. Once you receive your ticket, you are encouraged to add your ticket to your Google or Apple wallet.

In addition to River Hawk student tickets, discounted tickets are available for other Tsongas Center events as well select River Hawk games offering the opportunity for students to "bring-a-friend" at no additonal cost.
