BOSTON – Following the end of the 2025 season, senior Brandon Fish (Londonderry, N.H.) of the UMass Lowell baseball team was named to the America East All-Academic Team, as announced by the conference on Tuesday afternoon. 

"Extremely happy for Brandon," said Head Coach Nick Barese. "He has been the perfect River Hawk both on and off the field. He is the epitome of a student-athlete."

Serving as a co-captain this season, Fish played a pivotal role on the team, as the infielder led the team in batting average (.313), doubles (17), and RBI (34), as well as ranking second in hits (57) and third in OPS (.825). The senior was all over the America East leaderboard, as he was tied for first in doubles (17), while also being tied for ninth in triples (2), tied for 11th in hits (57), and sitting in 15th for batting average (.313). Named the America East player of the week once this season, the senior also has been excellent in the classroom, posting a 3.60 GPA as a business major. This marks the first time Fish has been named to the conference's All-Academic Team.
