The UMass Lowell men's track and field team traveled to the Princeton Elite on Saturday afternoon, with a small group of men's and women's athletes heading to the Battle Road Track Club Twilight #2 Meet at MIT.

"There were great efforts all around today," said Head Coach Gary Gardner. "I am looking forward to NCAAs in a few weeks."

At Princeton, the men's 4x100m relay team highlighted the day with a school record and third-place finish. The squad of sophomore Brandon Riley (Weymouth, Mass.), sophomore Evan Imasogie (Lowell, Mass.), graduate student Aras Kaya (Winchester, Mass.) and sophomore Daniel Kennedy (Tolland, Conn.) earned themselves a time of 40.92. "The 4x100m continued a great spring with yet another school record. Those guys have led a really talented group all year and it is great to see them rewarded," said Gardner.
