LOWELL, Mass. – Junior Nicholas Marcotte (Hudson, N.H.) and freshman Chris Guerin (Shrewsbury, Mass.) have earned America East weekly awards for their performances in this past weekend's CCSU Mini Meet, as announced by the conference on Monday afternoon.

Marcotte was named the America East Performer of the Week for his efforts, after placing ninth in the varsity 5k with a 15:04.03 mark. His teammate, Guerin, finished just behind him in 15th place with a time of 15:21.15 to earn himself Rookie of the Week honors. 

This is the first weekly award for both Marcotte and Guerin.
