Looking at UMass Lowell
The River Hawks won the week with two shutout victories, first versus New Hampshire, 2-0, and then at NJIT, 2-0. Junior Hilary Jaén (Las Margaritas, Panama) recorded the first goal in the New Hampshire contest before graduate student

Hope Santaniello (Agawam, Mass.) and Brookshire were the goal scorers in the NJIT match. UMass Lowell outshot the Highlanders, 24-9, as Brookshire took charge with six shots.
Burgess received the start in goal during both matches, totaling eight saves to record two clean sheets.
Scouting the Bearcats
Binghamton had two matches last week, playing to a 1-1 draw with NJIT and grabbing the shutout against Vermont, 3-0.
Mackenzie Ryder would be the lone goal scorer for the Bearcats versus NJIT. Binghamton notched 17 shots to NJIT's eight. Ryder and Anna Buckwalter led the squad in shots, with four apiece.
Binghamton earned three goals at Vermont, with Buckwalter, Hannah Mimas, and Lauren Clark each scoring one. The Catamounts were able to tally more shots than the Bearcats, 17-12. Mimas of Binghamton recorded a majority of their shots with five.
Kaitlyn Williams was in goal for both contests, making three saves against NJIT and four at Vermont.
Mimas leads the team in points with 21 on seven goals and seven assists, with 48 shots. Buckwalter follows with 11 points on four goals and three assists, with 28 shots.
