LOWELL, Mass. – Following a great showing during opening weekend at Coastal Carolina, graduate student pitcher Kaylie See (Chino, Calif.) has been named America East Pitcher of the Week, as announced by the league office Tuesday.

The River Hawks were able to fit in two doubleheaders against Coastal Carolina before the remainder of the Kickin' Chicken Classic was canceled due to weather. See was effective in the circle for the River Hawks, appearing in two games and starting one for a total of 7.1 innings pitched.

She finished with a 2.86 ERA, allowing nine hits and three earned runs to earn her first career America East Pitcher of the Week honor.
