DURHAM, N.H. – For the first time in more than 20 days, the UMass Lowell field hockey team is hitting the road. The River Hawks head to Durham N.H. to take on America East foe New Hampshire (3-4, 0-0 AE) on Sunday, September 25 at 1 p.m.

RIVER HAWK REWIND
The River Hawks are currently 6-2 in 2022 after clawing out two victories last week. The squad began America East play on Friday, Sept. 16 with a hard-fought, 1-0 win against Stanford, followed by a 4-3 shootout victory against UC Davis on Sunday, Sept. 18 to complete a perfect homestand.

A WIN WOULD
A win against New Hampshire on Sunday would give the River Hawks' their fifth in the last six meetings of the series. The Wildcats currently own an 8-5 edge in the all-time series.

HOME SWEET HOME
The River Hawks are a perfect, 6-0 at Wicked Blue Field so far this year, marking the program's best home start at the Division I level.

ON A ROLL
Thanks to a perfect homestand from Sept. 5-18, the team is in the midst of a five-game win streak. This is the longest win streak at the DI level, improving upon a four-game run last season.

With the decisions against Stanford and UC Davis, the River Hawks are 2-0 to start America East play for the first time ever.

OFFENSIVE OUTBURST
The River Hawks rallied for six goals against Merrimack on Sept. 11. This marked the most goals in a game for the team since 2018 (vs. Hofstra, 6-0).
SPREADING THE LOVE
The River Hawks have showed off their depth already this year, as 12 different team members have already tallied a goal.

With the shutout against Stanford on Sept. 16,Â
Eleonore Boekhorst now owns 11 career blank sheets. She holds the program's Division I records for shutouts as a goalkeeper.

Jenna Berger currently boasts 22 career assists to take the top spot on the program's Division I record list, surpassing Christa Doiron (19, 2014-17).

Eleonore Boekhorst was named America East Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 7 for her 10 saves and 1-1 performance in the cage against Massachusetts and Wagner.
