BOSTON, Mass. – Freshman Brandon Fish (Londonderry, N.H.) has been named the America East Player of the Week and the America East Rookie of the Week, as announced by the league on Monday afternoon.
 
The rookie hit .583 in three starts over the weekend against Maine. Fish tallied seven hits, three doubles and four RBIs, including two clutch hits in Sunday's win over the Black Bears. The Londonderry native had an .833 slugging percentage over three games and was walked twice.
 
This is the freshman's first time earning the America East Player of the Week nod. Fish was also named America East Rooke of the Week on March 8, making this his second time earning the award.
