River Hawks Postpone Weekend Series vs. Massachusetts

LOWELL, Mass. – The UMass Lowell hockey home-and-home series against Massachusetts originally scheduled for this weekend, Saturday-Sunday, December 26-27, has been postponed after a member of the River Hawk program tested positive for COVID-19.

All other members of the program have subsequently received negative results and will continue to undergo surveillance testing.

Established isolation and quarantine protocols have been initiated. The impact on other scheduled contests after the Massachusetts series has yet to be determined and additional information will be announced as it becomes available.
