LOWELL, Mass. -- The UMass Lowell women's basketball team hosts Maine for the regular-season finale and Senior Night on Wednesday at the Tsongas Center. Â
Despite jumping out to an early 10-point advantage, the River Hawks dropped their final road contest of the season, falling to Hartford, 69-45.
Katherine Smith (Fort Wayne, Ind.) and
Brianna Rudolph (Lynn, Mass.) provided the offense for the River Hawks, as Smith scored 19 and Rudolph added 10 in the defeat.

Senior Night
UMass Lowell is honoring its senior class tonight in a pregame ceremony. Joining the four players is student assistant coach, Nazarae Butler, who spent three seasons as a River Hawk before transitioning to the coaching staff.

Ain't No Party Like a Tsongas Center Party
The River Hawks are 9-18 all-time in games played at the Tsongas Center, with a 7-17 record in the Division I era. The victory against Vermont on February 11, 2018 was UMass Lowell's first win in the building since the 2016-17 season.

With her 24 point outburst against UAlbany,
Brianna Rudolph became the first player since
Kayla Gibbs in 2017 to scored 20 or more points in consecutive games. Rudolph has recorded all six of her 20+ scoring efforts this season, marking the most in a single season since 2014-15.

With her three assists at Vermont, Rolling took over as the program's Division I single-season assist leader. She currently has 118 helpers and is 29 assists away from setting the program's all-time single-season assist record, set in 2012-13 by Bianca Simmons (146).

Idom on the Mark
In her first career start against Binghamton,
Kharis Idom (Orlando, Fla.) went 8-of-13 from the field and scored a career-high 21 points. The freshman has scored 38 points over the last two games and has connected on all eight of the River Hawks' three-pointers.
Checking the Boxes
The victory in Baltimore marked the River Hawks first win over an America East team other than Vermont since 2015, and was the first conference road win for the program since 2015, as well.
Fast Start
The 22 points scored by the River Hawks in the first quarter at Stony Brook (1.5), remains the highest output in the opening 10 minutes by UMass Lowell this season.
20-20 Vision
The efforts by

Katherine Smith at UMBC marked the first time that the team had two players score 20 or more points in a single game since December 10, 2014.

Turning Mistakes into Points
The River Hawks matched their season high with 24 points off of turnovers in the win at Massachusetts. UMass Lowell out gained the Minutewomen, 24-3, for the team's largest advantage of the season.
10 Spot
With her 10 assists against Fisher,
Ren'Cia Rolling became the program' s DI single-game leader and the first player to reach double digit assists in a game since 2012.
Helping Each Other Out
The 25 team assists by UMass Lowell set a new Division I team high and is the most by a River Hawk team since 2016.
Stealing a Spot in the Records
With her six steals against Bryant,
Brianna Rudolph now holds the Division I single-game mark. She now sits sixth in DI career history with 52 swipes.

The River Hawks have recorded 10+ steals and assists in four contests in 2018-19, a feat the team achieved four times in 2017-18.
Speeding Up the Fast Break
UMass Lowell has surpassed the team's total fast break output from last year, scoring 150 points on the break. In 2017-18 the River Hawks scored 97 and averaged 3.2 points per game.
